Custom Steel Gates

Sliding and swing gates, fabricated in steel to fit your driveway exactly — not a standard size adjusted after the fact.

Home › Services › Gates

Adonai Steel Fabrications builds two main styles of driveway gate — sliding gates, which run along a track or cantilever rail parallel to the fence line, and swing gates, which open on hinges like a door — fabricated in steel to the exact width, slope and clearance of your entrance, manual or automated.

Our process

How we build it

01

Measure

We visit your property and measure the entrance — width, slope, and swing or run clearance.

02

Design & fabricate

We design and fabricate the gate frame and panel to match your fencing and site.

03

Install

We install the gate and, if requested, fit or prepare it for automation.

FAQs

Common questions

Yes — sliding gates are usually the better choice on a slope because the gate travels along a level track or cantilever rail rather than needing ground clearance to swing through an arc.

A single swing gate uses one leaf across the full entrance width; a double (bi-parting) gate uses two leaves that meet in the middle, which suits wider entrances better since each leaf needs less swing clearance.

It can usually be added later, but planning for automation upfront means the frame, hinge posts or track are already built to suit a motor, which avoids retrofitting work down the track.

Both sliding and swing gates can be built to suit most standard and oversized driveways; the practical limit comes down to available run length or swing clearance, which we check on-site.
